Privacy policy
Last updated: 22 August 2026
This privacy policy explains how Ideallio ("we", "us") collects and uses personal information when you visit ideallio.com or contact us.
Who we are
Ideallio is an AI-native venture studio based at Level 39, One Canada Square, London E14 5AB, United Kingdom. For any privacy question, contact contact@ideallio.com.
What we collect
- Contact information you send us by email — your name, email address, and the content of your message.
- Technical data generated by visiting the site — IP address, browser type, and pages requested, recorded in standard web-server logs.
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not include third-party trackers. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when your browser requests font files; see Google's privacy policy for details.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss a potential partnership.
- To operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website (server logs).
Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are legitimate interests (running the studio and this website) and, where discussions progress, steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that host our infrastructure, and only as needed to operate the site and our email. Correspondence is retained for as long as the relationship it relates to remains active, and server logs are rotated on a short cycle.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict our processing of it. Email contact@ideallio.com to exercise any of these rights. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above.
