Ideallio is an AI-native venture studio headquartered at Level 39, Canary Wharf — Europe's largest fintech community. We don't advise, incubate, or spray cheques. We co-found, and we stay in the build.
The studio exists because deployment is the bottleneck. Model capability doubled again this year; enterprise adoption didn't. The distance between them is engineering: data pipelines that survive legacy systems, evaluation that survives auditors, workflows that survive real users. That distance is where we work.
Regulated industries are the opportunity, not the obstacle. Financial crime, payroll, accounting, payments — markets where the compliance burden scares off generic AI products are exactly where an AI-native product with compliance engineered in wins the whole category.

Move a real number
Every venture targets a metric its market already watches — cost, risk, cycle time. If the demo can't name the number, it isn't a company yet.
